Just a quick update on my progress with getting “fit and healthy”. I went to the dietician last week. She adjusted some of my proteins to give me more for the afternoon hours. I have been feeling GREAT ever since. Prior to this, I was having major hunger pains by mid afternoon, craving sugar, etc. I caved one day and had a very yummy cupcake which sent my sugars up way too high and then I came crashing down very hard. Not fun. So she took a look at my foods, added more protein, and has resolved this issue 100%. No more cravings. :)
AND … with the new diet, the numbers are falling off the scale at about 2 pounds per week. It’s interesting to me that I have actually ADDED food to my diet and am now seeing weight loss with my inch loss. Yeah! :)
